Superb Stay in a Charming Oasis
This spot was the highlight of my travels! A spacious, spotless room with rustic charm made for a delightful family experience. The location by the lake is stunning, and it really
allows for wonderful outdoor activities. Our room was spacious and had a lovely balcony, although the lack of a microwave in the kitchenette was a slight inconvenience. Overall, a great base to explore Neuschwanstein Castle and the surrounding beauty.

Natural swimming pool, spacious apartments, easy access to the lake
The utensils were not adequately clean upon arrival!!! Also, two dishwashing tablets for a five-day stay feels puny. A little communication about unexpected city tax fees would help guests prepare better!!!

The apartment was spacious and cozy, perfect for our family. We loved the kitchen that allowed us to cook together and save on meals. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the lovely lake.
The pillows could be improved for better comfort.

A great spot for a group vacation! The spacious garden area with a children's swing and playground was perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed the panoramic terrace by the natural pool. Just a heads up, be aware that the reception closes early, so plan ahead for any needs in the evening.
We had some issues with the wifi not working during our stay, which was a bit frustrating.

Stunning Apartment with Amazing Views
The apartment we stayed in was absolutely beautiful, featuring tasteful decor and plenty of space for our family. We loved the close proximity to the lake for leisurely walks and the refreshing natural pool on-site. Breakfast was impressive with a variety of options, although we chose to eat elsewhere one morning. We did notice that some seating areas could be more accessible for larger groups.

Beautiful location by the lake. The apartment offered stunning mountain views. It felt warm and cozy, perfect for relaxation. Breakfast had a vast selection, and the dining area was absolutely charming. The staff provided a warm welcome. A natural pool on site was an unexpected treat, adding a unique touch to the stay. However, some essentials were missing in the room, like tea spoons and complimentary tea or coffee. Also, there’s no one available after 5 PM, which makes getting assistance a bit tricky. Overall, a fantastic stay, but a few tweaks could enhance the experience further.

My kids wished the walls were better soundproofed. They could hear noise from neighbors at night. A few extra comforts in the room would have been great for families.

Spacious apartment by the lake
Our stay was filled with wonderful moments, cooking meals together and enjoying the view. The apartment was spacious and made for precious family gatherings.
Finding the room after dark was a challenge, especially in the snow. There was no staff to assist us, which made our arrival stressful.
